Job Responsibilities
 
 
 Develop Key Accounts strategies ( KSA / or GCC ), business forecasting, responsible for profit & loss statements, people development through core competency measurement and winning with Supply Chain initiatives resulting in superior customer service.
 Maximize sales and to develop strong long term relationships between Nada Dairy and nominated Key Account Customers. The objective is to position Nada as the preferred dairy supplier to the market.
 Through the development of a strong strategic partnership with each Key Account based on professionalism, integrity and a thorough understanding of the market.
 Key Accounts : Dimension : 500 plus & growing

Principal Responsibilities:
Key Account development
 Responsible for the compilation of the quarterly promotional calendar.
 Arranges promotional activity to maximize sales in conjunction with Key Account buyers and Merchandise Managers.
 Conducts regular business reviews with each Key Account with a view to the development of action plans leading to improved sales and profitability.
 Ensures that all administrative issues in his Key Account portfolio are properly managed and controlled. This includes:
o Product listings. / Correct bar code information.
o Correct pricing. / Correct range listings.
Merchandising
 Negotiates for suitable displays on- shelf on a permanent basis.
 Negotiates for additional off shelf, gondola end and floor displays as required by the needs of the business.
 Ensures that Nada products are well merchandised in support of our market shares and brand building initiatives.

 Ensures that Nada P.O.S material is available and in use wherever possible.
 Communicate, train and maintain clear merchandising standards.
Stock Management
 Ensures that stocks are rotated and re-distributed in such a way as to minimize expiry.
 Design and implement planograms and replenishment systems.
 Encourage the relationship between the Key Account Supervisor and the Fresh Supervisor with the view to maximizing sales and reducing expired product.
 Set up daily call cycles for Supervisors to ensure customers are serviced on a routine basis.
Sales promotion.
 Constantly works to develop and promote extra sales. This should include:
- Demonstrations
- Sampling
- Special events
- Price off promotions
- Display incentives
- Etc.
 Work closely with the Nada sales and merchandising teams to ensure that the best possible standards are applied to his specific Key Accounts Customers.
 Works closely with the marketing department to execute brand plans in the field and to provide feedback on activity in the market. Also works with Brand Managers to develop tailor made promotions for his / her Key Account customers.
 Gives input into developing promotional products in conjunction with business themes and key account requests.
People Development:
 Act as Coach & Mentor for the Team to succeed
 Set clear Key Results Areas and measure performance right through the year

Experience: Minimum: 10 + years of experience in FMCG – preferably in Dairy industry of which at least 3 years in Key Accounts Management role Preferred: 15 + years in FMCG
