The Three Types Of Visa available In The Three Consulates Are:

1. Visiting visa
2. Residency visa
3. Working visa

Visa Processing For Each Kind:
A- Visiting visa : Required Documents
1. Valid Passport for at least 6 months.
2. Two ways ticket
3. Visa no. & Date of issue of the visa.
Validity to travel: One month
Validity to stay: Three months and could be extended for another three month

B- Residency visa:Required Documents
1. Two (2) Medical tests:
   • The first one should be carried out by Ministry of Health
     (its expiry date is one month)
   • The second one should be carried out by any hospital which
     is approved by the Saudi Consulate (its validity is three months)
2. The marriage certificate
3. The children Birth certificates


Validity to travel: Six Months
In case of returning back in holidays, a leave and return visa is issued which is valid
for three months and could be extended for another three months.

C- Working visa Required Documents
a) From the client side :

1. The Original Authorization Letter which should be authenticated by The Saudi Chamber of Commerce and The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs
2. The Original Order of Payment
3. Work Contract


b)From the candidates side:
1. The passport which should be valid at least for six (6) months (if there is any pervious passport the candidate must bring it with him)
2. Two (2) photos
3. Two (2) Medical tests:
   • The first one should be carried out by Ministry of Health
     (its expiry date is one month)
   • The second one should be carried out by any hospital which
     is approved by the Saudi Consulate (its validity is three months)
4. • Educational Certificates (CARTOON) in case it is not available, candidates should bring a Permanent certificate having his photo on it and authenticated from the general secretary of the University . This mentioned certificate should be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Cultural attaché and Saudi Consulate.
   • For the pharmacists only , General Secondary certificate should be authenticated as above.
5. • Certificates of Experience: Should be authenticated by Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Saudi Consulate.
   • If the contract type is "Married", Marriage Certificate and Birth Certificates of children Should be authenticated from the same above.
   • For the medical staff (Doctors , Pharmacist & Nurses), the work permit Should be authenticated from the same above.
6. The work Contract should be stamped by both the Ministry of ManPower and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
7. -Criminal record for the purpose of travelling abroad (its validity should be for three months
8. Candidates should bring the NOL (this is in case if he has worked before in Saudi Arabia) from the previous employer stating in it (there is no objection for working in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), and to be authenticated from the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
9. Ladies should have approval from her parents for traveling abroad to be authenticated from the Registration office and the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
10. In case of the Military hospitals: The candidate should obtain a permission from the" General Intelligence "for working in Military Hospital.
11. After obtaining the visa, the candidate should get the following:
    Work Permit" from the work permit department
    Travel Permit" from the relevant military section.
