Job Description

• The Engineering Tech position(s) will support field Engineers and work teams in project design, oversight and implementation. In addition they will be challenged with obtaining an understanding of the various processes and work flows to facilitate process and work flow improvements (efficiency). Assignments will be made based on individual competency and developmental opportunities.
• Assist Engineer’s and work teams with timely execution of project designs, oversight and implementation
• Manage key process metrics to support process reliability while meeting customer specifications
• Develop & institute statistical process controls
• Identify potential and actual problem areas leading to out of spec product and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on equipment and processes for improved reliability and up time
• Analyze historical process trends to identify improvement opportunities
• Mentor operating staff to ensure operational excellence including effective process surveillance

• Technical diploma with 5 years experience. Additional experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze process data
• Ability to determine equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Ability to organize work with multi-discipline team
• Strong data management and computer skills
