Job Description

• The Rig Services Lead (RSL) will be responsible for managing the staff associated with the implementation of the Oxy well servicing operation. The RSL will have Tool Pushers, Contractor Superintendents, and administration staff reporting to him. The RSL will manage the Well Servicing Team focusing on safe and efficient operations. The RSL will report directly to the Well Servicing Team Leader. The RSL will also be required to manage the safety aspects of performing well servicing activity, including periodic audits of work processes, safety inspections of equipment, and maintenance of safety training program for rig crew members.

  The RSL will evaluate the competency of the Tool Pushers and other associated with day to day execution of well servicing operations. He will be responsible for hiring team members, evaluation of Team performance, and budgeting of rig operation expenses.

• 15+ years of Well Servicing operating experience
• 5+ years of Well Servicing supervisory experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage well servicing safety program
• Knowledge of well servicing best practices and standard operating procedures
• Experience with building and managing personal performance
• Ability to document and report results and daily activities
• Taken and passed Well Control certification course
