The silver membership:
The moment you register your company profile to our website, you are able to post your job on the site, get a personal page where you can receive summary CVs of job seekers that had applied for that job, you can even browse their summary CV. In addition, you will be able to see full CVs of junior candidates up to 9 CVs, provided that you give us sound refusal reasons for each group of pervious 3 CVs. Full CVs of all candidates are available after settling you account. You can either contact us directly through messaging system, email or fax.

Hire RP is one of the most powerful services in our website. This service helps employers find the required qualified candidates.

Hire RP for employers hires a qualified recruitment specialist who searches all over the website's job seekers and figure out the most qualified ones for the position you need and send them directly to your account inbox. This specialist not only searches through the website but also through our different resources to find the powerful job seekers you want.

The Gold membership:
Gold membership brings extra benefits when you gain more access to our data bank.

After you register your company profile to our website, you can request the Gold membership directly from your home page. You will be contacted by our website administrator for settling your account, thus you will be able to use the complete functionality of Gold membership. We can also fax or email you our membership rates.

When you login to the website, as a Gold member, you will be able to post as many jobs as you want, search our databank and view full details of any CVs requested whether junior or senior level.

Being a Gold member you will gain advanced features that are not accessed by the Silver members which are:

• Search the website's databank and view CVs for senior candidates.
• Post as many jobs as you can.
• Advanced search by specific powerful searching criteria. You will be able to search using special criteria such as age, gender, candidates applying for special countries and a lot more, according to your needs and priorities.
• Hire RP service. You will be automatically registered to the Hire RP service which will search for job seekers you need and send them directly to your account inbox.
  

Job seekers:
Being a member of our website as a job seeker, provides you with valuable services in the job seeking process. Since RP is a recruitment website, we give you the facility of adding your CV in our database free of charge.
You are allowed to add one CV only and all employers and recruiters can view and select it. You can store your CV in our database, and at the same time mark it as confidential. This way the employers will not be allowed to view your CV unless you apply directly for their jobs. But keep in mind that you have to personally search and apply for any suitable vacancies.
You may remove your CV from our database at anytime by sending a message or email to the website administrator.

Newsletter:
Newsletters are also offered free of charge. Subscribing to our newsletter lets you receive our monthly newsletter with the latest news about recruitment, the vacancies we promote, the newest tips and tricks, articles and features ment to help you get a better job and also news about the latest technologies and IT fields. You will be able to unsubscribe from the newsletter anytime you find it not of benefit to you.
