  • My record of the applied jobs indicates a “YES” on the requested for interview column, what should I do? Top

    When you find a ‘YES' in the 'Requested for interview' column, this indicates that an employer has viewed your CV and requested you for an interview.
    All you have to do is click on the ‘Reserve time' link besides it, to reserve your time for the interview. In the interview schedule you'll find information about the address for the interviewing location and the contact person that you'll meet.


  • I don't want employers to see my employment history, what can I do? Top

    Employers are not able to see your last or current employer name. You can prevent employer from seeing all your CV unless you apply directly to the job posted, by checking the confidential check box in the personal data section of the CV.

  • What is the best way to search for candidates quickly? Top

    Searching for the candidates depends on the type of membership you have.

    If you are a Silver member you are able to:
    1) Make our ordinary search called ‘Search data bank' found on the employer's home page.
    2) View available CVs of junior job seekers, matched to your search.

    If you are a Gold member you are able to:
    1) View senior candidates CVs through ‘Search data bank'.
    2) Use the advanced search for the job you posted.
    3) Use the Hire RP service, which enables you to have a personal assistant from RP's l recruitment coordinators to assist you in searching for the candidates with the qualifications you want.
    Advanced search has powerful and advanced search criteria which will help you find your best qualified candidate. Getting a candidate fast also depends on the job then you have a bigger chance to get candidates directly to your inbox.

  • Does it take so long to set an interview? Top

    The interview schedule will only be active after 48 hours from adding it.
    This period of time is made just to give the candidates the time to check the website and be informed with their interview time.
  • I'm not able to see full details of certain CVs, what's the problem? Top

    Checking full CVs in our web site is restricted to certain employers according to membership types. You are able to view 3 full CVs for junior candidates up to a max of 9 CVs. Note that after viewing the first 3 CVs, you have to give comment why you refused each candidate separately, the administrator will view your comments and according to your requirements and reasons of previous refusal, will allow you to have more 3 CVs.

    Being a Silver member allows you to see full CVs of senior candidates for position posted only, while Golden member you'll have access to more CVs of senior candidates whether by searching or posting a job.   • I can't see the last employer name of the candidate. Top

    Our privacy standards require us not to allow you to see the current or last employer name for the candidate. This is a part of the candidates confidentiality. You are only able to see the name of the previous employers, except for the current or last job.
  • My posted job is not found by the candidates search. Top

    Any jobs posted by the employer are not displayed in the seeker's search unless being approved by the administrator. You can know your job status from your job's homepage.
  • I can't view the CV of a candidate who applied to my posted job.                                                Top

    In order to view the CVs of candidates who applly to your posted jobs, you should first settle your account with RP. You have to contact RP as soon as you post your new job to make your job posting also active on the site.
  • I can't post a job, what's wrong? Top

    You will not be able to post any job unless you are a member in the RP website. Please add your company profile first and use your username and password to enter your account and post your desired jobs there.
  • General:

    I forgot my password and forgot my registered email address, how can I restore my account? Top

    In that case restoring your account for our web site is impossible to be done online. All you have to do is call or send a message to our web site administrator and give some information about your account for confirmation and you'll be given your account's passwords when logging to your account.
    • NOTE: You will not be given back your password unless you give nearly all the required information asked to you by the administrator. The administrator has the right to reject your request if you did not give him complete and right information!
