Job Details Manage, direct and administer the activities of the company maintenance workforce integrated within the client’s maintenance organization. Report directly to the client’s Saudi Maintenance Manager, and co-ordinate directly with the client’s Saudi Superintendents on regular maintenance activities, plant / unit shutdowns and turnarounds. Comply with all Safety / Quality policies and procedures. Prepare annual project budgets and provide fiscal control on approved budgets. Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial) or equivalent. Advanced training in management is preferred with proficiency in MS Office programs. Experience : Minimum 12 – 15 years experience and in – depth knowledge is required in similar petrochemical plants, with increasing levels of responsibility. Of which a minimum of 5 years experience is required in a similar maintenance managerial position. Work experience in the Middle East is preferred.
